Shipping

You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email after your order has been shipped. You can also check the status of your order anytime on our Tracking Page by entering your order number and email address.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 business days, for a total of 4–7 business days including processing. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping is completely free. We offer free standard delivery on all orders, with no additional shipping costs.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@lamp-point.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, cancellation is no longer possible as your order will already be in processing.

Returns

To initiate a return, please email support@lamp-point.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our support team will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to complete the transaction.

If you would like to exchange an item, please mention this in your return email. Exchanges are subject to availability.
